To create an inclusive educational system where individuals, regardless of ability, have access to quality education, vocational training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
To support people with special needs through academic and vocational training

To support people with special needs through academic and vocational training programmes for unemployed youth and academically disadvantaged individuals, equipping them with the practical, market-relevant skills that improve their employability and reduce poverty-driven dependency.
South Africa`s inclusive education policy aims to reintegrate learners with Special Needs (LSEN) into mainstream schools. However, mainstream schools often lack the necessary structure and support to accommodate the unique needs of these students effectively.
While primary schools catering to LSEN exist, there is a significant gap at the secondary level. LSEN students are expected to transition into mainstream schools without the necessary academic and psychological support. Consequently, many of these students either drop out or fail their Matric examinations.
